Meet the Founder

LCMC Creative is an independent creative studio founded by LaCisha McMullen, bringing together brand, space, experience, and visual design to create thoughtful environments and identities for hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and the built environment.

With a background spanning interior architecture, creative direction, branding, visual design, and large-scale hospitality, LaCisha approaches each project from both a spatial and creative perspective, looking beyond how something looks to consider how it feels, functions, and is experienced.

My career has taken me between Philadelphia, New York City, and Scandinavia, including nearly a decade living and working in Norway.

A few countries, several design disciplines, a lot of travel, and more than a few questionable decisions later. I landed somewhere in the middle of brand, space, experience, and visual storytelling.

Over the years, I've worked across large-scale cruise ships, restaurants, hotels, and branded environments. I've had the chance to work on projects at every stage, from figuring out the big idea and building the story to obsessing over the details that make a space or experience feel right.

Working across Scandinavia, the U.S., and international design teams has given me a pretty broad perspective on design and a healthy appreciation for the fact that great ideas have to work just as well in the real world as they do on the moodboard.


Every project starts with collaboration, curiosity, and a genuine understanding of the people behind it. From the first idea to the smallest detail, the goal is simple: create work that feels intentional, memorable, and genuinely connected to its audience.
